box[ur]shorts™ Film Festival is back at the New Beverly Cinema on January 9, 2010 to celebrate its 4th annual Awards Night. After flipping the competition upside down, box[ ur]shorts will keep the audience on its toes again this year with a new festival format. The awards ceremony will give fans a first-look at what is to come in 2010. For the first time, the winning films will be announced at the awards show. And, afterwards, they will be screened throughout the year in all movie jukebox locations and online. Filmmakers and cineastes can also look forward to complimentary drinks and more Swiss chocolate...
The 2008 box[ur]shorts™ Film Festival, a yearlong short film exhibition taking place internationally at restaurants, bars, coffee houses and laundromats, announced today it will hold its third annual awards night at the New Beverly Cinema in Los Angeles on Saturday, January 10, 2009 at 7:30pm. Festival judges James Bond director Martin Campbell and Cloverfield producing partner Shannon Riggs are among the industry VIPs invited to attend.
The second box[ur]shorts™ Film Festival Awards Night will screen the top film entries lined up in a countdown screening on the evening of January 11th, 2008. Based on the judges’ selections, filmmakers will be awarded Gold, Silver, and Bronze box[ur]shorts™ trophies. And, one filmmaker will receive the box[ur]shorts™ Audience Award as voted on and selected by the audience.
box[ur]shorts Film Festival, a yearlong short film exhibition taking place internationally at restaurants, bars, coffee houses and laundromats in cities from Los Angeles and New York to Basel, Switzerland and Hiroshima, Japan, today announced its first annual awards night. The night will take place at the Karma Coffeehouse, 1544 N Cahuenga Blvd, in Hollywood on Tuesday, December 19. Doors open at 6 pm and the event starts at 7 pm.
