The jury has made its decisions. They have reviewed 52 short films for our upcoming competition and we are proud to present the following finalists at the upcoming 5th box[ur]shorts Film Festival Awards Night.

10 amazing finalist short films will be screened at the New Beverly Cinema on January 8th, kicking off the 2011 box[ur]shorts Film Festival competition where we award close to $20,000 to the winning filmmakers. Other highlights include an audience raffle, the presentation of the festival's new digital jukebox and like every year, there will be a sponsored reception with Little Penguin wines and plenty of sweets from Switzerland's prime chocolate maker, Chocolat Frey, to enjoy.

You can find all information about the event, here. A big thank you to all filmmakers that shared their movie with us and our jury for taking time to evaluate the shorts!
